I’m Carryn Hennessy, Social Worker (MSW Clinical) with a special interest in trauma-informed, brain based attachment-focused therapy and training.

I support children, adults, couples, and families to heal, regulate, and reconnect with their inner resilience through neuroscience-guided, compassionate, body-based work.

I offer online and in person counselling, and am contracted to the majority of medical aids in South Africa. I am also able to work internationally.  I love developing courses and would love to assist you with content development.
